Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once the product has been successfully delivered.

However refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

• Customer was charged multiple times for the same order
• Download link fails and the issue cannot be resolved by support
• File is corrupted or cannot be opened
• Customer accidentally purchased duplicate copies

Refunds are not granted for:

• dissatisfaction after successful download
• device incompatibility when EPUB readers are available
• accidental purchases after file download

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Customers must provide:

• order email
• purchase date
• description of issue

Support typically responds within 24-48 hours.

Refunds are processed after verification.

Chargebacks

Customers experiencing issues should contact support before initiating chargebacks so we can resolve the issue.
